I'm gonna sum up this Clare debate for everyone:
No 30-year-old man should be putting his hands on a teenage girl. Especially one he has power over. Not in any situation. He should not be giving her unwanted attention. He should not be touching her in a way she does not want. He should not be manipulating her or making her feel uncomfortable. Not in any situation. Ever.
And nothing she does vacates her right to feel safe, to feel comfortable, or to have her opportunities infringed on.
